About Topsider Homes:
Topsider Homes is a designer and fabricator of high-end custom post & beam homes sold worldwide since 1968. We are not a builder and do not sell modular homes. We design, engineer, fabricate and ship premium building packages for local assembly. We operate in a B2C, high-ticket, long sales cycle environment, where prospects require education, trust-building, and ongoing engagement before purchase.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on web professional to take ownership of our website performance, SEO execution, and ongoing optimization. This is a doer role—you will directly implement changes and improvements on our PHP-based website to increase qualified traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Modify and manage our PHP-based website.
  • Implement SEO and AI optimization improvements.
  • Build and refine landing pages targeting high-intent searches.
  • Improve conversion, user experience, and site structure.
  • Support a long sales cycle funnel through better content flow and user experience.
  • Monitor performance and continuously optimize.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years hands-on web development experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of PHP-based websites.
  • Proven experience improving SEO rankings and organic traffic.
  • Experience with conversion optimization (CRO).
  • Ability to work independently and execute quickly.
Highly Relevant Experience (Preferred):
  • Experience in construction, real estate, architecture, or related industries.
  • Experience working with high-ticket B2C products or services.
  • Familiarity with long sales cycle / consultative sales environments.
  • Experience with niche or non-commodity businesses where customer education is required.
Compensation:
  • $85,000+ with flexibility for the right candidate, based on experience and demonstrated ability
    Performance-based bonus opportunity available.

  • Potential for 1–2 remote days per week once established.
