Topsider Homes designs, engineers, fabricates and ships distinctive high-end custom homes and light commercial structures throughout the United States, Caribbean and internationally. Since 1968, thousands of Topsider buildings have been shipped worldwide.
We are not a builder, modular home company, or mobile home manufacturer. We custom design, engineer, fabricate and ship high-quality post & beam panelized building components and materials for local builders to assemble and erect.
Through this process, we provide a highly integrated combination of design, engineering, fabrication, builder recruitment assistance, construction coordination, and technical support. We occupy a very unique niche within the homebuilding industry.
Our clients are typically affluent buyers building custom primary residences, retirement homes, vacation homes, waterfront homes, mountain homes and resort properties.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to guide prospective clients through the process of planning and building a custom home.
This is not a transactional sales position. Our sales typically develop over many months through ongoing conversations that help clients refine their design objectives, budget expectations, schedules and building plans.
The position is primarily office-based and conducted through telephone, email, Zoom, WhatsApp and other remote communication methods. Many clients purchase homes without ever visiting our office, making strong communication and relationship-building skills essential.
Incoming inquiries originate throughout the United States, Bahamas, Caribbean and other resort-oriented markets, making broad geographic familiarity and an understanding of regional building environments particularly valuable.
We generate substantial inbound inquiry volume through our website, referrals and long-established reputation. Your role will be to qualify opportunities, educate prospects, develop relationships, guide them through our process and ultimately help them move forward with their projects.

- Residential housing, custom homebuilding, real estate development, or a closely related industry background.
