Topsider Homes (est. 1968, thousands of homes sold worldwide) is seeking a Senior Sales Project Manager to personally sell high-value residential homes nationally and internationally.
Important: We are not a builder and do not sell modular homes. We custom design, engineer, fabricate, and ship high-end building components and materials for local builders to assemble.
This is a long-cycle, relationship-driven sales role with inbound leads only (no cold calling). Primarily office-based (phone/email), minimal travel.
What You’ll Do:
- Close high-value residential homes ($500K+).
- Convert qualified inbound leads.
- Guide clients through custom home solutions.
- Manage detailed phone/email communication throughout the sales cycle.
Required Experience:
- High-net-worth (HNW) consumer sales experience (required).
- High-end new home construction / residential sales.
- Proven success in long-cycle, relationship-based selling.
- Heavy telephone-based sales experience (required).
- Strong understanding of residential construction.
- Familiarity with coastal / hurricane construction preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $85K base + incentives ($100K–$150K total)
