For nearly six decades, Topsider Homes has designed, engineered, fabricated and shipped custom homes throughout the United States and around the world, with thousands sold since 1968. We provide custom-designed post-and-beam panelized building components and materials for local builders and contractors to assemble and complete. We are not a builder, modular-home company or mobile-home company.
We are seeking an experienced salesperson for an office-based, phone-oriented position working with incoming prospective clients planning custom homes. There is no cold calling or travel.

About the Role
In this role, you will work with a high volume of prospective clients by phone, email, video and, occasionally, in person. You will be part of a team that includes designers, estimators and technical personnel who will join you in presenting and selling our homes.
Qualifications:
- We are looking for a mature, successful salesperson with experience making high-value consumer sales in a related industry or similar field. Candidates must have strong communication skills, be computer competent, including Outlook and Excel, and possess practical residential construction knowledge.
- Well-traveled candidates are a plus because our clients come from throughout the United States and internationally.
- We provide thorough training in Topsider Homes’ sales approach, along with a comprehensive residential construction course.
- This is a daily office position in Clemmons and includes some evenings and Saturdays.
Compensation:
$75k to $100k (Includes $50k salary + incentives and bonus.)
