About the Role
Topsider Homes, a leader in high-end post & beam / timber frame building systems since 1968, is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead and convert a strong pipeline of inbound, qualified leads.
This is a relationship-driven, long sales cycle environment—not transactional sales. Success requires patience, credibility, and the ability to guide clients through complex, high-value decisions over time.
Primarily office-based (phone/email) with minimal travel. No cold calling.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead national sales efforts and manage performance 
  • Convert high-quality inbound leads into long-term clients 
  • Build and nurture relationships over extended sales cycles 
  • Guide clients through custom home/building system solutions 
  • Manage detailed follow-up via phone and email 

Required Experience (Must-Have)
  • High-value consumer sales experience in new home construction or similar industries, including: 
    • Custom or production home sales 
    • Residential construction / building systems 
    • Upscale real estate or development 
  • Proven success in long-cycle, relationship-based sales (not transactional) 
  • Ability to manage and close complex, high-dollar deals over time
  • Strong understanding of residential construction fundamentals

Additional Qualifications
  • Sales leadership / management experience 
  • Comfortable working primarily via phone & email
  • Willing to work some evenings and Saturdays
  • Familiarity with Eastern U.S. coastal markets (especially FL) preferred 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Degree or equivalent experience
