Topsider Homes is a high-end, niche building systems company. Since 1968, we have designed, engineered, fabricated, and shipped premium custom post & beam homes worldwide.
This is a hands-on role combining internal financial coordination with direct client interaction.
You will handle much of the day-to-day financial responsibilities and play a key role in managing project payment schedules with clients.
What You’ll Do
Client Financial Coordination (Primary)
- Manage project-based payment schedules
- Communicate upcoming and due milestone payments
- Keep projects aligned by ensuring payments match progression (engineering, fabrication, shipping)
Finance / Operations
- Oversee in-house bookkeeping
- Maintain visibility into receivables and cash flow
- Support ownership with financial organization and reporting

Experience in construction, real estate, or project-based businesses is helpful.

- This is a small, experienced team with a long sales cycle and high-value projects
Compensation
- From $75,000 depending on experience and qualifications
